SUPREMELEDS OFFERS A 90 DAY MANUFACTURER WARRANTY ON ALL LED PODS, WIREAHRNESSES, AND LIGHTBARS.
THE MANUFACTUER WARRANTY COVERS MANUFACTURING DEFECTS ONLY AND IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER.
OUR MANUFACTURER WARANTY COVERS DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP IN SUPREMELEDS PRODUCTS. SUPREMELEDS DOES NOT WARRANTY AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY ALTERATION, MODIFICATION, MISUSE, ABUSE, ACCIDENTS, NEGLECT, LAUNDERING, THE NATURAL BREAKDOWN OF MATERIALS OVER TIME, PROBLEMS THAT MAY REASONABLY EXPECTED WITH NORMAL WEAR OR FAILURE TO FOLLOW REASONABLE CARE, OR IF ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE MOUNTED ANYWHERE UNDER A VEHICLE OR TO THE UNDERCARRIAGE OF A VEHICLE.
ASSEMBLING YOUR OWN, THE USE OF ANY OTHER COMPANIES WIRING KIT, OR ALTERATION TO ONE OF OUR WIRING KITS TO POWER YOUR SUPREMELEDS LIGHTING PRODUCT(S) WILL VOID ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OFFERED FOR THE SUPREMETRUCKS WIRING KIT AND LIGHTING PRODUCT(S) PURCHASED.
IF A WARRANTY ISSUE ARISES YOU MUST FIRST EMAIL [email protected] AND NOTIFY US OF THE ISSUE. IN YOUR EMAIL YOU MUST INCLUDE ALL OF THE BELOW REQUESTED INFORMATION:

DO NOT SHIP YOUR ITEM BACK UNTIL WE HAVE REPLIED TO YOUR EMAIL AND HAVE DETERMINED THAT THE ISSUE OR PROBLEM MAY BE COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY POLICY.
IF WE DETERMINE THE ISSUE OR PROBLEM MAY FALL UNDER THE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY POLICY WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL VIA EMAIL TO SHIP YOUR ITEM BACK.
ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS PUT YOUR PRODUCT IN ITS ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX, ATTACH THE PRE-PAID LABEL WE PROVIDED YOU, AND DROP THE PACKAGE OFF AT THE APPROPRIATE COURIER LOCATION CLOSEST TO YOU.
AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT AND INSPECT IT WE WILL MAKE A FINAL DETERMINATION IF THE REPAIR IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND IF IT WILL BE COVERED UNDER OUR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY POLICY.
IF THE ISSUE OR PROBLEM IS GOING TO BE COVERED UNDER OUR WARRANTY POLICY, WE WILL FIX, REPAIR, OR REPLACE YOUR ITEM FREE OF CHARGE. WE WILL ALSO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING TO RETURN YOUR ITEM TO YOU.
IF AFTER INSPECTION THE ISSUE OR PROBLEM IS DETERMINED NOT TO BE COVERED UNDER OUR WARRANTY POLICY, WE WILL CONTACT YOU VIA EMAIL AND NOTIFY YOU WHY YOUR PRODUCT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY POLICY. IF THE PRODUCT IS DETERMINED TO NOT BE COVERED UNDER OUR WARRANTY POLICY THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY ANY AND ALL SHIPPING COSTS TO HAVE THE DAMAGED PRODUCT SHIPPED BACK TO THEM.

ALTERATION OF OR INTENTIONAL OR UNINTENTIONAL DAMAGE OF ANY KIND TO ANY PRODUCT (INCLUDING WIRING KITS) SOLD BY SUPREMELEDS WILL AUTOMATICALLY VOID ANY WARRANTY OFFERED FOR SAID PRODUCT AND A REPLACEMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED. ALL WARRANTIES ARE ONLY VALID TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER/BUYER ON FILE WITH SUPREMELEDS.
